Fathering Autism: Fitness Challenge and What We Eat In A Day On Keto

Only the first part of this video is pertinent, but this is why I have a “Fitness” category on this site.

Not only should we be fit for ourselves, but we need to be fit for our families. It’s even more important if you have a child who’s severely affected with Autism. If they’re going to always need your help, are you fit enough to do it? Can you now? Can you when you’re 60? 70?

They will always be your kid, you should work to be there for them for as long as you possibly can.
